Well, I’m back and I have decided to start with my most recent wedding and work backwards!
Meghan and Andy exchanged vows on December 19th in a small intimate ceremony with their families and friends surrounding them. I was glad to have Erica with me to capture every possible moment. As you will see in the photos Andy is a proud Marine who has served our country in Iraq and just returned from a tour in Afghanistan. To be honest I don’t think I can find the right words to express how lucky I was to capture their wedding. So, I will write what Meghan and Andy wrote on the little cards that were on each table next to little blue candles.
“When you light this candle, please think of the Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen fighting for our freedom, their families and loved ones who are patiently waiting on the home front, and those who have paid the ultimate price for freedom. We will forever carry these heroes in our hearts, may this light shine on for them.”
Thank you Meghan and Andy for letting me and Erica slip into your world that night to capture cherished moments that will last you both a lifetime.
